SELLER SERIES # 7 – SHOULD I PERFORM MY OWN HOME INSPECTION?

SELLER SERIES # 7 – SHOULD I PERFORM MY OWN HOME INSPECTION?

In This Episode We’ll Answer The Question: Should I perform my own home inspection? You might be thinking…

Why should I invest in a home inspection when a buyer is likely to perform their own, or If I do perform my own inspection, should I fix & upgrade everything on my inspection?

Here’s the truth… it’s FAR better to be prepared rather than wait for the results of a buyer’s inspection!

To summarize the key point: There is little doubt that you will be challenged on the details of a home inspection once completed by the buyer, so why wait? The best way to be prepared is to do your own home inspection and complete any major repairs or at the very least have them priced out by licensed contractors to help during the negotiation phase.
